Struggling with eating and drinking

Hi hun

Sorry to hear that you're struggling. Yes, you recognise the importance of fueling your body and how lack of food will impact on you. If you're an IP, what has the staff said? Do they realise about m8 not eating?

Of course you'll have a clearer understanding about what's underlying this but I wonder whether any meds or the MH issue itself is making you just not see the point of eating. Are you okay washing yourself and taking care of yourself in other ways? Or whether not eating meets some need like control.
