Our family and child serving agency is searching for an experienced individual to assume the leadership position of Director of Community Services. The selected individual will manage the community services division of the Center, focusing on family stabilization. The essential functions of this position include surveying and researching family and community needs in SE Wisconsin, establishing partnerships with family serving agencies in SE Wisconsin, obtaining, allocating and monitoring funding for services and some grant writing. This position reports directly to the Executive Director. NOTES: Additional Salary Information: Staring salary is based on education and experience. Qualified applicants must posess a Masters degree in a social or behavioral science (LCSW, LMFT or LPC preferred), post Masters experience in therapy and case management, supervisory and program management experience Required competencies include knowledge of systems of care, strong communitcaiton skills, project management skills, teamwork and a strategic orientation. A successful background check, a physical exam and a valid Wisconsin Driver license will be required.
