Movie Cron Plays Film Trailers, Notifies You by Text or Email Before Premiere Day
Movie Cron lets you browse and watch movie trailers for old movies and upcoming films. If you find a film you want to see in the theaters when it premieres, one click makes sure you get a text or email before the movie comes out so you can get advance tickets.
It can be tough keeping track of all the great movies headed to theaters, especially if you're a movie buff, but Movie Cron makes it easy to get notified well in advance of your favorite films' premiere dates. Sit back and just browse trailers if you want, but if you see something you just have to see on opening night, click the "Add Notification" button to get an email or an text message from the service so you can grab tickets.
You can tell Movie Cron to notify you a week before release, two weeks before, 2 days before, or the day of release (or choose a custom date that works better for you.) You can even customize the time the notification is delivered, the text in the message, and whether or not the notification includes direct links to buy tickets via Fandango. The service is new, free, and a labor of love, so if you find a quirk or bug here or there, be patient, the developer is likely working on it.
