Up To 2500 Bonus Air Canada Aeroplan Miles for One Flight and One/Two Partner Transactions
Air Canada Aeroplan seems to often have promotions that are tied to their travel partners. This time you can earn up to 2500 bonus Aeroplan miles after one flight activity (can be Air Canada or other Star Alliance carrier) and one or two other travel partner transactions.
This promotion is valid until April 13, 2013, and you need to register for it.
The promotion refers to travel PARTNERS in the copy but only to travel partner transactions on the actual terms and conditions. This should imply that crediting two partner transactions besides the flight one should be enough to qualify you for the maximum bonus.
Last year, the eligible partner transaction could have been just converting a one Starpoint from Starwood to Aeroplan, but this no longer qualifies as a partner transaction for this promotion per the terms and conditions.
Conclusion
There are quite a few partner Aeroplan promotions going simultaneously, so participating to this promotion and crediting one flight activity can make sense.
