Get Lower-Priced Apple Lightning Cables that Actually Work
Buying Lightning cables for your latest iDevice is already cheaper than buying an adapter, but you're still paying a high cost at $19 each. Both Monoprice and Amazon just began offering certified Lightning cables at a discount, so you can save money and know they'll actually work.
Amazon's offering costs a little more at about $15, but Monoprice doesn't have much of their line in stock yet. Either way, you'll save at least four dollars over Apple. Not a bad deal if you're stuck buying a bunch of Lightning cables because Apple decided to change things up and pass the cost on to you.
